Duration: 20 minutes
Setting: Group Interview - table top play in a group of 6 children with a teacher
One parent will accompany the child to attend the interview.
In the first part of the interview, the teacher will tell a story. It is a warm up session. Teacher will observe how the child perform and whether they will cry and sit still.
In the second part of the interview, children will play around a table and teacher will ask personal questions such as what your name is and questions related to the toys the children are playing such as colour an shape. Teacher will also ask the child to pass the toy to the parent. During this session, there will be another teacher walking around to talk to the parents individually to understand what playgroup or school the child is studying. Parents can also understand more about the school through this session.
